E-ARCH
A fixed, spring-loaded expander used for slow expansion. The E-Arch works immediately on insertion and is not dependent on patient compliance. Transverse expansion is achieved with the spring continuously pushing on the opposing arm. During treatment, no appliance adjustment appointments are needed.
